Important Package Notes & Policies
Please review the following information, as it applies to all event planning collections unless otherwise stated.
Booking Requirements
A signed service agreement and non-refundable retainer of half the deposit are required to secure your event date.
Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract.
Last-minute bookings may be subject to additional fees based on availability.
Travel Fee
Events located within 20 miles of our service area are included at no additional charge.
Events beyond 20 miles may incur a travel fee based on the event location, travel time, parking, tolls, and any applicable lodging requirements.
Any travel fees will be discussed and included in your proposal prior to booking.
Venue & Rental Policies
Venue availability is subject to the venue's scheduling and policies.
If a client has already secured a venue, package pricing will be adjusted where applicable.
Tables and chairs are included with all planning packages except The Essentials Collection. They are available as an add-on for The Essentials Collection and are quoted based on quantity needed (up to 10 acrylic tables and 100 acrylic chairs).
Rental Item Pickup
All rental items provided by Luxe Decor DMV will be collected at the scheduled end of your event.
If your event concludes after 9:00 PM, pickup will be scheduled between 9:15 PM and 11:00 PM for an additional late-night pickup fee.
Rental items will be retrieved no later than 11:00 PM for all bookings. Next-day rental pickup is available upon request for an additional fee.
Cleanup & Venue Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for all venue cleanup, trash removal, and restoring the venue to its required condition unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Luxe Decor DMV is not responsible for venue damage fees, overtime charges, or items left behind after the event.
Vendor Services
Vendor services are available only in packages where specified.
Vendor recommendations are curated from our trusted network based on your event vision, availability, and budget.
Consultations
Additional Planning Sessions beyond those included in your package are available for $50 per session.
Venue Tours
Complimentary venue tours are included only with applicable packages.
Venue tours canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a $75 rescheduling fee, or clients may choose to tour the venue independently.
Design & Creative Direction
Every event is custom designed to reflect your unique vision, style, and budget.
Inspiration photos are welcomed; however, all final designs are interpreted through our signature creative approach and may vary based on product availability, venue specifications, and seasonal inventory.
Pricing
All package prices are starting prices and may increase based on guest count, venue requirements, customization, rental selections, travel, and overall event complexity.
