All add-ons are subject to availability and should be requested as early as possible to ensure availability for your event date.
Custom pricing may apply based on event location, customization, travel requirements, or specialty requests.
Some add-ons may require a minimum rental period or additional setup fees.
Room Package Policies
Event Day Guidelines
To ensure every installation is completed safely and to our quality standards, please review the following guidelines:
No guests are permitted in the room during setup. This allows our team to work efficiently and protects the integrity of your surprise or event design.
Guests must be fully checked into the hotel prior to our scheduled arrival.
To ensure a timely setup, you may either:
Leave a room key with the front desk under Luxe Decor DMV (preferred), or
Meet our designer at the scheduled arrival time to provide room access.
If our team is unable to access the room upon arrival, a 30-minute grace period will be provided. After this time, a $45 delayed access fee will apply. Extended delays may result in cancellation of the installation without refund.
If you check into your room the day before your installation, please ensure the room is clean, uncluttered, and the bed is fully made. We also recommend requesting housekeeping service prior to our arrival.
Rental Pickup
All décor and rental items remain the property of Luxe Decor DMV.
Rental items are picked up the following day beginning at 10:00 AM. Please ensure the room is accessible during the scheduled pickup window.
Clients are responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or excessively soiled rental items while in their possession.
Fees & Additional Information
To remain transparent and provide the highest level of service, the following fees may apply:
Parking or Valet Fee
Washington, DC & Baltimore, and Northern Virginia Travel Fee
Hotel Responsibilities
Luxe Decor DMV is not responsible for hotel policies, check-in delays, room changes, housekeeping issues, parking restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control that may affect your installation. Clients are responsible for coordinating directly with their hotel to ensure timely room access.
Changes & Cancellations
Any changes to your room design, hotel location, arrival time, or reservation details must be communicated as soon as possible.
Last-minute changes may be subject to additional fees based on availability.
